To estimate your delivery date of in-stock items, please add one business day to the above delivery times. For example, if you order an in-stock item by noon Monday-Friday and choose UPS 3 Day Select, you will receive your item in 4 business days. Please note UPS does not deliver on weekends.
Shipping Policies
Online orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box, military APO/FPO or international address.
We require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.
Need your stuff Express?
Orders placed with Express Shipping by noon EST (Monday through Friday) will ship by the next business day.
Orders placed during the weekends and the holidays will take an extra day to ship. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the shipping date. Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories. We cannot express shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship regular orders outside of the USA. International orders can be arranged by contacting us at sales@oceanextremesports.com or calling us at 904-461-9415 and are accepted on a per basis situation. Not all international requests are approved. If your international order is approved, please note the following:
1. All shipping expenses are covered by purchaser.
2. Payment is accepted only through bank transfers.
* (Approved Letters of Credit are the only exceptions)
3. All bank / transfer fees are paid by purchaser.
4. No returns or refunds.

Though we do our best to service our customers effectively we cannot be held responsible for product once it has left our location, especially once it has crossed the country border or is in the process of crossing the country border. Free Shipping Offers
We offer free shipping on specially marked items. Free shipping is not applicable for Canada or International Shipments.
Shipping Methods
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most orders unless otherwise stated. International orders are usually shipped United States Postal Service (USPS).
Return/Exchange Policy
Return unused product within 30 days of receipt. If requesting a refund, a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the original invoice amount. Except for shipping, there are no charges for exchange of a product within 30 days. Original invoice must accompany all returns. Ship securely wrapped packages via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Packages MUST be prepaid - sorry, we do not accept COD’s. For items which include a manufacturers waranty, please follow their instructions. All of our packages are triple checked and padded and protected as much as possible but if something is missing or damaged please notify us within 48 hours.
