RETURNS:

Return unused and undamaged product within 30 days of receipt.  There are no exchanges or refunds on special orders. If requesting a refund, a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the original invoice amount.  Except for shipping, there are no charges for exchange of an unused and undamaged product within 30 days.  Original invoice must accompany all returns.  Ship securely wrapped packages via UPS or insured Parcel Post.  Packages MUST be prepaid - sorry, we do not accept COD’s.
