The Chined Plane Rail combined with our new Asylum outline prevents spray by focusing the water down and away from the rider while providing smooth turns and maximum maneuverability.

Elliptical Concave
Concave bottom shape designed to optimize edge-to-edge response.

Taperwall
A step-down rail delivering optimum edge control, sound handling in choppy water, bomber impact resistance and added stability at speed. From the belly of the board, it tapers off in thickness acting as a molded fin when the board is on edge.

Double V Molded Channels
Optimized dual channels for cleaner takeoffs, smoother landings, better response and added stability.

New Fastrack
The proven, proprietary mounting system offers limitless micro adjustment stance options and a superior rider to board connection. For 2013 SS delivers increased stance options by moving the insert to the center of the track for a clean, fresh look. The hardware has also changed for easier install.

Singleshot Fusion Rails
Slingshot transferred the same technology found in high durometer urethane skateboard wheels into the rail of all their boards. Slingshot's innovative manufacturing process literally infuses the rail into the board cores in one single shot, producing unrivaled dampening and durability.

Chined Plain Rails
Designed to completely redirect spray away and down, these features reduce the area of contact between the board and surface of the water. Also offers a smoother slide on obstacles and helps prevent catching an edge on sketchy landings. Basically, the outermost part of the base is angled up along the rail.

Resin X
The greenest and most cutting edge organic resin on the market, resulting in reduced weight, incredible durability and premium UV resistance.

4D Graphics
